Recommends traditional 18-year balsamic vinegar (with a riff on enjoyment-as-placebo and its Ark-of-the-Covenant-grade manufacture), sweatpants disguised as nice pants, xylitol nasal spray, the Hamilton CD, dental-floss scythes, the Nootropics Depot/Ceretropic stores (a substantive endorsement, including their tianeptine-improvement and disrupt-pharma ambitions), and periscope glasses for reading in bed.
